Background and Experience: Alice has been a multi-sport and exercise physiology enthusiast for many years. While in school at Occidental College, she played rugby while balancing a double major and a full-time job. During that time she worked for the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center as a stroke development coach and private triathlon coach. In Atlanta she coaches private running and swimming clinics and sessions for endurance athletes of all ages and skill levels. As an athlete, she is training to make 2009 her best race year yet!
Coaching Philosophy: Sport is about passion and Alice strives to make sure every moment- from training to racing- is rewarding. With her experience as a personal trainer, she combines strength training with aerobic stress for the betterment of health and goal achievement. For Alice, fitness is about the journey rather than the end result- if the journey is personally gratifying then the end result will be even better than imagined.
