Team Insanity at the Bartram 100!!!

Doug Jones, Sandy Geisel, Mike Delang, John Ridgley and Phil Sustar made up the team. Sandy, Phil and John completed the 100 miler – John's first hundo and Sandy was first female!!! Mike and Doug completed were slightly less crazy and did the 100K.

You all are truly insane!!

GET FIT ATLANTA WEEKEND RECAP

Last weekend Get Fit Atlanta hit the beach! It was the Rehoboth Beach Marathon and Half for Barbara Blackford, Celi Bonilla, Olga Henao, Marietta Hollada, Jennifer Beamer, and Beth Ball, the Latin Music Half Marathon for Lorraine Robertson and Tiffany DeBrock and the Rocket City Marathon for Buddy Dawson.
